Course Enrollment: Registration for any course is subject to availability. All students must provide accurate personal information during registration.
Payments and Refunds: Payments must be made as per the chosen plan. Lessons missed due to personal reasons may not be refunded but can be rescheduled at the academy’s discretion.
Lesson Rescheduling: If a student cancels a lesson at the scheduled time, it will be rescheduled only if the reason is urgent. Lessons overlapping with public holidays (e.g., Eid al-Fitr, Eid al-Adha) will always be rescheduled.
Teacher Assignment: For students over 11 years old, female students will be assigned a female teacher and male students a male teacher.
Course Materials: All course materials provided are for personal use only and cannot be shared, copied, or distributed without permission.
Online Conduct: Students are expected to behave respectfully in all classes. Any misconduct may result in suspension or termination of enrollment.
Liability: Muslim Academy is not responsible for technical issues on the student’s end that may disrupt online learning.
Privacy: Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
